For 4 people, you will need:
8 long slices of toast (genus Pel ... tier)
8 cc tablespoon sweet mustard 8 eggs
200 g diced ham
8 handfuls of grated cheese
salt, pepper, a little butter
we go:
Turn the oven to 210 degrees (gas mark 7) .
Spread mustard thinly on bread
Make a scrambled egg with the 8 and a little butter, salt and pepper
Spread the scrambled eggs on toast
Spread diced ham over the eggs
Sprinkle grated cheese
Bake for 10 minutes and serve hot with a nice little salad
For evening, it's fast, very good and it pleases everyone!
