PERFECTLY USELESS
After a semblance of silence on the DRC side of the international scene, the DRC resurfaced with yet another report of the UN and of course as rape by the FDLR. There are several observations that arise when one examines the patterns that drive the new colonization perfectly. Who wants the UN this time and that she wants to serve with his report? What rhymes timing to remember the FDLR Congolese rape women, just today, but since 1994. The UN has amnesia strategically also means that we may be suffering from amnesia. And "Potential" impatient of a UN tribunal for the DRC.
proceed in stages. Everyone talks about a post-conflict DRC. Everybody talks about rebuilding. The new UN mission has become a night to the next mission support. It is therefore rather in transition. Success in the eastern DRC is known of Kabila. Some said he had brought peace to the country by restoring good relationships with mentors from Kigali who have rendered great service to the Laurent Nkunda cool. That's all right with that for the best plan that the DRC has ever seen. If the DRC is pacified and democratized, who seeks a quarrel with that with this report here.
Who would be the biggest loser if the DRC was never a real peace? Those who agitate behind the screen called on the UN to continue a ruthless exploitation of the Congolese people. In fact the UN itself could face the biggest problem faced by ordinary Congolese, namely unemployment. But this time is that she? Speculation easy incline to think it was Paul Kagame, who is referred, as he was by the famous report that prompted James Kabarebe and its network to rush and sacrifice Laurent Nkunda embage or without qualms. A decision that made me understand that Kigali does not hesitate to use the most unthinkable solutions, the division of Tutsi Interconnecting sacrificing particularly those of the DRC just for a quick scheme silencing attacks the UN and, just Incidentally, providing cash in exchange for goods such as hotel Karavia in Lumbumbashi, some unknown portion of the public mining etc.. In in January 2009 everyone cynical applauded the arrest of Laurent Nkunda that the entire international community, supporting Joseph Kabila considered the problem of the DRC. Curiously, today, with this UN report is the same international community which wants to force Paul Kagame to some other blunder like the one in January 2009. It miscalculated still, the man has just shown the world an electoral victory that looked more like a plebiscite or even a coronation to believe that we can shake it like in January 2009. Whatever one says nothing in his country, his only known failure twofold. And I believed him quite capable of coping with sufficient political will. And that is how his mark on history would never have disassociated from a dictatorship or an oligarchy.
The first part is perfectly understandable because it is the difficult question of organizing his own succession without necessarily resorting to the family, but has jurisdiction. I trust that he and his team will use it during his re-election. The second component is the relationship with the DRC knotweed at the cost of Laurent Nkunda in response to the shenanigans of a UN which will rank always the enemies of the Great Lakes region, you understand, the genocidal Rwandan Hutus and their supporters both in the DRC qu'al'étranger. It is to their benefit that the new report appears. But it also appears when the international community does not know where to find reasons to provide financial support for the reelection of dictator Kinshasa, Joseph Kabila. They touted as being the one who took democracy does DRC, but curiously, his party is the only one who has a candidate. This is also the de facto single party. We must entertain the eternal feeling with Congolese anti-Rwandan to organize the back stage his next election victory. And the transition to present the executioners of the region's peoples as victims. Yet you know as much as I do how Kabila has acquired the same as military torturers and terrorists, according to the needs of his dictatorial and cruel addiction.
Knowing the military capability and political sense of Laurent Nkunda, Kigali must surely know that he is the guy (perhaps a little thin body, but the charisma may substitute appearances physical) need for disentanglement of Kivutiens imbroglio and thus open the way to a true great cooperation between the two countries. The imbroglio Kivutiens includes both FDLR political issues pending as Kinshasa and Kigali can not solve without a guy like Nkunda. It is fine to kill the brains connoisseurs of the problem as was the case Semadwinga (RIP) in June, it will not come after the arrogance of the UN in this way, nor that a Kabila supported by enemies Development of the Great Lakes as a region that support his agenda.
A final consideration for today, just to remember. While the potential of an impatient UN tribunal for the DRC, I smiled when reading articles about the event Kenya has experienced yesterday. Politicians have played the script makers of constitutions. Kenyans masses were present at the promulgation of a new constitution. They were led to believe that tomorrow they will have work and bread by the magic of a text signed and sealed. One of the guests of honor was very smiling "butcher" in Darfur and "torturer" of southern Sudan, Bashir and the Sudanese president. There was hardly heard too noisy activists of human rights. Yet Kenya has promised in Geneva this year will cooperate with the ICC so. The presence of this man was not, however, a kind of spoilsport. It's the political calculation and a nice slap in the ICC pretentious. Why Congolese have they not yet learned the lesson? There are no solutions to expect the UN to the country. The organization works to predators. And if you have any doubts why do you think that Ban Ki Moon urged the Criminal Babacar Gaye as his adviser for Africa?

Dinning Table Blueprints
Bad year for spaghetti squash
In any case with me: - /
This year I planted 3 feet of spaghetti squash and I was unpleasantly surprised to find that there was only one bloom.
I had a pumpkin by foot and then nothing :-( (
I kept the feet with the slim hope that a pretty yellow flower would point the tip of its petals, but with the ban there is little drizzle fell in my department, the plants are dead.
So I pulled everything and I put my 3 precious squash aside.
Between drought (this year, the plants me seemed particularly vulnerable) and never-ending winter not, I wonder what could have caused all this.
If you have an idea, I do not mind if you give me your opinion.

CHRONIC LOWER STORIES
Charles Mwando Nsimba went to inspect the operations "safisha" in Ituri. Or so the newspapers reported that informed. It seems he has already returned to Kinshasa, but Didier Etumba and Gabriel Amisi continue mission to Dungu after crossing several other localities. Meanwhile, the Congolese government welcomes first operations "Rwenzori" that are supposedly free of Beni and Butembo terror ADF / NALU, then the disarmament of some 350 members of the FDLR claims through an NGO working in dimly known but government service (I thought that NGOs were really NG!) and finally the government would welcome a hypothetical restoration of a climate conducive to investment, haha, we like big words. Julien Paluku he was pleased to have initiated a possibility of negotiations Cheka with the group, who recently embarked on the scene Kivutiens through a hostage. All these stories in tiny supporting what I keep saying here: the chaotic mess of the DRC is a poto poto kabilienne in the true sense of the word. "Poto Poto Politics," Mawa!
If the disorder persists, it is not by chance, always for the "tiny stories," it should be noted that instead of empowering the FARDC, Joseph Kabila and his cronies pretend to continue operations giving rather the means to FDLR. These are deadly forces that have a capacity to operate today. In Rwanda the elections and the sudden good relations with Kinshasa should not lull the public. Just because they say the FDLR to Rwanda back to Congo in return civilian transition after the famous formative Mutobo camp, Wherever That Is! They join the maquis in the DRC under the eyes of everyone including Monusco Roger Meece. Terminator himself is apparently finished, no idea what his "boss" Gafisi they were not even invited to attend the tripartite meeting had recently discussed the return of refugees.
also should not be impressed too with the output that was desired shattering the head of the RCD. He is right to describe the chaos, and he has the right like everyone else. However believe that Kabila wants to open corridors discussions with politicians, it is a bit of naivete unless Ruberwa not want to convince the public that he has done during his long silence and low profile, new look . Is this possible? I do not understand what he's talking about politicians. In there she still? Nodes thorny Congolese politics or political issues still pending from Sun City are still whole. We can not continue to speak in the manner of slogans and from Kinshasa. We should talk from the field, next to the people. We must build opposition from the people, not from the press conferences that do not scratch in any way the man with thick skin, that is to say, Joseph Kabila and his entourage. Ruberwa vividly remembers Gatumba, it is in August, since when is it back over to talk to farmers of the highlands of Minembwe. He can not demand to speak of decentralization today. He missed the boat a few weeks ago when Joseph Kabila cavalierly dropped the claim to the 26 provincettes. It was amazing is not it? It simply recognized it needed more thought. And politicians said nothing. This guy violated every day its own constitution ... Mr. Ruberwa Yes, we can not hold new elections in the DRC without organizing a bailout of the state. Elections do not appear as a solution capable of operating this rescue, we must take other measures, but they must be informed by reality, the needs of the people, not by an agenda of those who raise the slogan good governance, forgetting that it not be just technical. It is not only the political class that should contribute to this bailout. It must involve conscious people the fate of the country. This means that we must stop relying organizations that call themselves specialists in "advocacy" for reconstruction of the DRC. Ruberwa me know, as well as myself, people who could make a substantive contribution, only they do not occupy necessarily conditioned offices of the new Kin kabilienne.

WANTED: WOMEN AND MEN OF HONOR
Yes! To save a situation that more desperate. That of the Republic said that the Congo but some provide more than being in the category of banana republics. The elections being held in our country make it necessary to look face the tragedy of the DRC without escape. The country seems to have neither faith nor law. The current leadership is characterized by a sad predation organizing the chaos in every corner of the country. The so-called international cooperation cooperates in effect, but to make the situation even more untenable. That's his way of making himself indispensable to the clique predator. The two blocks are supported well and held in ransom the entire Congo. More than the looting of resources is the human destruction of the country today attaint abysmal proportions. The destruction of both formal and informal education system has made the Congolese people fundamentally servile in his behavior. Examples to illustrate this conclusion would fill entire books. I might mention for example the famous city of Goma. I promised last month to talk about it, alas I missed the time. Goma is synonymous with a proliferation of NGOs too many useless. It has become synonymous with large all-terrain vehicles with huge antennas adventurers led by "researchers", "humanitarian", "guardians" of peace, etc.. And people still think that the salvation of this country will breed as I sometimes called vultures or leeches. But then who says Goma, "said Beni, Bunia, etc. ... What would
all this to do with elections. Everything! Leadership the country wanted to launch the campaign by the fireworks of the fiftieth anniversary. Joseph Kabila has thus sought to prove that his regime, which begins to be as Longèves any self-respecting dictatorship, took the Congolese people for slave, childish, simple-minded. One case that does nothing but agitate chimeras to reign. He wanted the trumpet to an uncontested victory before even challenged. But the harsh reality is stubborn and never fails when you have to catch the boat. The sumptuous images of 30 June were simultaneously denied by the situation in Kasai, Katanga, in Kivu, Ituri, Ecuador, accidents murderer due to the old means of transportation and general mismanagement have invited to the party. The peace that Joseph Kabila and his wire-pullers in and outside the country boast only exists in words that fill empty cans steps such as changing the mission of MONUC and renaming Therefore, the famous tripartite meetings supposed to be proof of the normalization of relations between Rwanda and DRC; change the Election Commission, words, words, empty, empty as long as the population is caught between the hammer of a poverty that borders on misery and anvil exponentially growing insecurity.
Faced with all this I do mean that we need, but urgently, women and men of honor can restore a semblance of dignity for the country. Not those who argue the false ideas of good governance when they do not know a single principle. These men and women in the history of civilization, were often found among men in arms. Ie when the armies were what they should be. In traditional African culture, they were wise stewards of dying, habits and customs that we no longer have. The current policy does not suffer this kind of men. It is for this reason that Nkunda is unjustly deprived freedom to complete this mission to restore the dignity of the Congo. For this reason, Denis Ntare Semadwinga was cowardly murdered by unscrupulous frightened by the moral integrity expressed by the commitment to civic values trampled by predators. Wanted then! Wanted! Men of honor. I sometimes thought my generation was. I begin to suspect that very shortly. They have no model to follow. They must create their model. At one point I thought that Paul Kagame is a model but a model is not attracting unbending and cold. The division that he knowingly or unknowingly introduced into the community Tutsi interlacustrine proved me otherwise. Nkunda and the case definitively revealed any other model. The generation of men and women of honor would have to invent and model and mechanism, and quickly because the time and serious. shooters puppet strings that hold the reins of the DRC have a much faster foudrayante. We will meet with Joka for 15 years!

Wording On Engagement Card Congratulations
's it!!
Tonight, no recipe, just a quick hello to tell you that our Hugo no longer has his plaster since this afternoon.
Since May 7, it started to be long ... (All for a big crash on your bike!)
The bones of his forearms are finally re-welded and after all this time, the surgeon has finally announced that it "removed the plaster! awesome!
Hugo had a smile that went from one ear to ear!
He'll have to be a little cautious and avoid gestures a little too abrupt, but ... all this is just a bad memory.
